DO YOU PUBLISH A HARD COPY CATALOG I COULD SEND FOR? Sorry, no. It would be out of date before you received it. Bandana fabrics are added and removed constantly. Keep in mind that all merchandise (except the Bargain Bandanas) is made to order so there is no stock of bandanas on the shelves waiting to be purchased--just lots and lots of fabric. When you place an order, your merchandise is cut and sewn at that time, not before.
CAN YOU MAKE BANDANAS FROM FABRIC THAT I SUPPLY? Yes, bandanas can be made from fabric that you provide, as long as the fabric is a regular weight cotton or cotton poly woven fabric. Stretch fabrics and fabrics that are "slinky" won't work. Fabrics that are very crisp or that are heavy won't work either, as the hems will not turn properly. You might wish to send a small swatch of the fabric before mailing any order so it can be evaluated and you can be informed whether it will work and also, how much fabric will be required to make your order.
DO YOU CARRY OFFICAL SPORTS MERCHANDISE? No. We can, however, make a solid color bandana for you in most any team color you request. Once you have your solid color bandana you may then affix a patch or iron-on transfer of your team's logo to the bandana, or have it screen printed. You may also purchase licensed fabric yourself and send it to us to made into bandanas for your personal use. (See previous question, above.)
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE COLLAR POCKET ON THE SLIP-ON BANDANA WILL BE BIG ENOUGH TO FIT MY PET'S COLLAR?
The Slip-Onto-The-Collar Bandana is our best selling style and was extensively marketed locally for a number years. During that time several adjustments were made to pocket sizes to be sure that commercially available collars would fit through the pocket without a problem.
Ferret collar pockets accommodate ½" collars. Pipsqueak and Petite collar pockets accommodate ¾" collars. X-Small, Small, Medium, Large and X-Large collar pockets can easily accommodate a 1" collar, even if it is doubled-and-stitched. Monster collar pockets are wider yet, and will accommodate a 1½" wide collar, without a problem.
DO SLIP-ON BANDANAS REQUIRE AN EXACT FIT IN ORDER TO WORK? Nope. If it is a little big it will gather up a bit on the collar. If it is a bit small, it will not quite cover the whole collar which is no problem. However, if your pet has a relatively small neck in relation to its shoulders or has lots of hair, you may want to buy one size larger than necessary so the bandana has plenty of room to accommodate without rolling up or disappearing into the long fur.
DO YOU MAKE COSTUMES FOR PETS?
Sorry, no.
WHAT IS THE ACTUAL SIZE OF THE BANDANA SAMPLES THAT I AM CHOOSING FROM? Those little sample bandanas are actually 4 5/8" wide by 2 7/8" long, which is even smaller than the Ferret-size bandanas.
IF I HAVE QUESTIONS IS IT BETTER TO MAKE A PHONE CALL, RATHER THAN USING E-MAIL? Due to my duties as caretaker for a disabled family member, I am often unavailable for business phone calls due to doctor visits and other responsibilities, in addition to shopping for fabrics and various business related activities that take me out of the office. I check e-mail frequently, probably even more often than I check for phone messages. To avoid the phone tag thing, e-mail me your questions and I will get back to you just as soon as I can.
DO YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS? Absolutely. We accept back any retail merchandise that is not satisfactory as long as it is in clean, unused condition. Please do not mail us hairy, wrinkled merchandise, or items that have obviously been worn and washed, and expect a refund. Ain't gonna happen.
For legitimate returns, you may either request a full refund of the purchase price, or you may receive an exchange of merchandise. S & H charges are not refundable.

I'M CURIOUS, WHAT DO YOU DO WITH RETURNED MERCHANDISE? One of three things: (1)Some returned merchandise may have to be thrown away (unfortunately) as it is difficult to put to good use since it is made to order. (2) Other returns may be offered on the Bargain Bandanas page, at or near cost, if they are in pristine condition. (3) In keeping with our policy of strong support for animal rescue organizations,quite a few are donated nationwide to non-profit organizations for fundraisers and other activities that promote animal rescue and rehabilitation.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY? All information that you submit to us is retained for our records ONLY. We do not sell mailing lists or other private information OF ANY KIND to ANYONE. Neither do we "harvest" e-mail addresses or other information for our own advertising purposes.
