Colleen Reckow, is collaborating with Slow Food Prescott and GMO-Free Prescott to present an
exceptional event centered around mesquite flour and delicious, healthy, local food.

8:00 AM: Arrival for mesquite harvesting and harvest training
8:30 AM: Self-harvesting of mesquite on Arcosanti property
9:30 AM: Breakfast and Slow Food announcements in Café   (Pancake breakfast: $20 per person,
$10 for children (ages 6-12); children 5 and under free.
10:30 AM: Tour of Arcosanti

Mesquite Pancakes (whole wheat and vegan, gluten-free)
Local organic eggs and beef sausage

The course is based on an international program designed to help individuals, first responders,
family members and others to understand mental illness and how to help persons suffering
