ORDER SIZE
Since moving to the country and into smaller quarters, orders for more than 200 items are hard
for me to handle in a timely fashion, so please try to keep large orders down to 200 items or
less.  Orders larger than that tax my resources and result in extended turnaround times that
may be inconvenient for you, the buyer.

Place large orders in plenty of time.  Country living is delightful but resources are not as readily
available as they were when we lived in the Phoenix metropolitan area.  The nearest post office
is 5 miles away and is not open on Saturdays thus limiting the number or days per week I can
send packages. The nearest town with full services is 25 miles away.

It is unlikely that I can properly fill orders that are needed "yesterday".  I value each and every
order received, no matter how large or small and make it a policy never to hold up regular
orders in favor of large orders.  Large orders are worked on along with incoming regular
orders, to be as fair as possible to each and every one of my valued customers.

TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround times on wholesale and bulk  orders may be up to 30 days, but are often much less
than that.  You will be given a "ship by" date at the time you submit a rough order draft.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Wholesale and bulk orders will have actual shipping charges attached to them.  At the time that
you submit your rough draft order by e-mail I can provide you with estimated USPS Priority
shipping costs, which is my preferred method of shipping.  

AVAILABILITY OF FABRICS
Some of  the fabrics in my inventory are one of a kind and available in only very limited
quantities.  I suggest that you e-mail me a rough draft of your order so  I can check out stocks
and be sure that I do, in fact, have sufficient quantities of fabric to fill your order to your
satisfaction.

By allowing me to check out the details beforehand it saves disappointment and aggravation.  
The last time I checked, I found no one who liked to spend the time placing an order and
ponying up the money for it only to find that a significant amount of the merchandise was
unavailable!! (g)

YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS
Be sure to include your e-mail address with any orders you send.  I use e-mail to keep you
posted on the progress of your order and to ask any questions that may come up in regard to
your merchandise.  E-mail communication circumvents the need to play "phone tag".  

PAYMENT
I do not carry accounts, so all merchandise must be paid for by the time it is shipped.  In
certain cases, you may choose to have your merchandise shipped COD.

In order for work to commence on your order, I must have payment of at least 50% of the
order total.  Then you may either pay for the balance before the order is ready to ship, or you
may ask that the order be shipped COD for the remainder of the amount due.  You will be
responsible for the COD charges

SAMPLES
For first time orders, I suggest that you request free merchandise samples before actually
placing an order.  This will give you a much better hands-on look at the merchandise you will
be ordering and helps assure your complete satisfaction.

PHONE ORDERS
You may submit your order by phone but an e-mail rough draft usually works better for me
and gives me the opportunity to check for availability before responding and confirming.  Do
keep in mind that my part of Arizona does not go on Daylight Saving Time. In the summertime
we are 3 hours earlier than Eastern Daylight Time.  If you phone at 8 a.m. your time, you may
find a very groggy disoriented person answering the phone because it is only 5 a.m. here!!!

Any phone orders placed will be e-mailed back to you for approval and confirmation.  I prefer
e-mail communication whenever possible as it is economical and gives me something in black
and white to refer back to if necessary.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS
At this time, I do not accept credit cards on my site.  However, you can use PayPal.com to
send payment to me.  PayPal.com notifies me by e-mail as soon as your payment has been
deposited into my account so work on your order may commence.

Provide Paypal with the Crocodile Tears e-mail address (mycrocodile@juno.com) when
prompted, to indicate where you want payment sent.

NEED DESIGN MODIFICATIONS OR ENHANCEMENTS?
There is a redesign charge of up to $25  for custom modifications that require any retooling of
existing templates or design of new templates.

 ORDERING IN A NUTSHELL
(1)  By e-mail, request a Wholesale Price List.  Include your name and business/organization
name.
(2)  Request samples for a hands-on look at the product (Samples of full square scarfs not
always available)
(3)  Make a rough draft of your order and e-mail it to me.
(4)  Okay any modifications to your order that must be made.
(5)  Okay "ship by" date, when you receive that information.
(6)  Send payment for (at least) 50% of the amount due, to commence work on your order, or
you may choose to fully pay for your order at this time.
(7)  When order is ready, either send balance of payment due or request that the order be
shipped COD (at your expense). Prepaid orders will, of course, be shipped immediately when
completed.
